Started: Following the monthly general meeting.

Members present: Cheryl Doran (Chair), Chris Szpak (minute taker), Barry George, Sol Shuster, JP Unger, Chris Woodward

1. Motions and decisions:

Motion: Sol S. moved and Barry G. seconded to convey the Greenspace Alliance’s appeal and litigation rights, for any current and future proceedings, to the Friends of the Greenspace Alliance. Carried.
