Members present: Paul Johanis (chair), Erwin Dreessen, Nicole DesRoches, Jason Kania, Daniel Buckles, Iola Price, Robb Barnes, David McNicoll, Judy Makin
The meeting commenced at 7:00pm
- Establishment of quorum
Quorum was established.
- Minutes of the June 15, 2020 AGM
The draft minutes of the 2020 AGM were circulated for approval.
Moved Erwin, seconded Iola. Carried.
- Annual Report 2020-2021
Paul distributed a draft of the Annual Report (May 2020 – April 2021) and presented highlights.
Erwin moved approval, Jason seconded, agreed.
- Financial Report and Other Reports
Paul distributed the financial report for April 2020 to March 2021 and provided some highlights.
Nicole moved approval, seconded by Robb. Agreed.
- Election of Directors and Chair
Continuing Board members: Paul Johanis, Nicole DesRoches, Jason Kania, Juan Pedro Unger, Daniel Buckles
Erwin moved to elect Paul as Chair, seconded by Jason. All agreed.
- Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:15pm
