Third Party Report released

April 21, 2009 The long-awaited “Third Party Review” by Greenland International Consulting Ltd. was released on April 9, 2009. It is available on the City web site and consists of two large pdf files, 126 pages in all. Comments to staff were due by 9 a.m. on April 20. Here are some comments that were sent in.
