Judge orders restoration of wetland

April 19, 2017 Ken McRae reports: I was informed today that the MVCA had appealed the decision of a local Justice of the Peace to not order landowner Mion and his numbered company to rehabilitate the part of the Goulbourn Wetlands Complex on his property which he had destroyed.
