The following motion was decided on:
Janice moved, seconded by Barry, to agree to the request of the applicants for incorporation of “Greenspace Watch,” once Greenspace Watch has received its Letters of Patent, to
a) along with the Friends of the Greenspace Alliance, make use of the names “GreenspaceAlliance of Canada’s Capital” and “Alliance pour les espaces verts dans la capitale duCanada” in fulfillment of the objects of Greenspace Watch;
b) annul the request made on March 29, 2009 and acceded to on March 30, 2009, for the Friends of the Greenspace Alliance’s exclusive use of the names “Greenspace Alliance of Canada’s Capital” and “Alliance pour les espaces verts dans la capitale du Canada.”
