Friends of the Greenspace Alliance
Minutes of the Inaugural Meeting of 22 May 2009

Participating Members: Chris Szpak (minute taker), Cheryl Doran, Amy Kempster
The following motions were decided on:
1. Cheryl D. moved and Amy K. seconded to approve the membership of each one of the current board directors of the Greenspace Alliance of Canada’s Capital. Carried.
2. Cheryl D. moved and Amy K. seconded to open a banking account in the name of the Friends of the Greenspace Alliance. Carried.
Action: Chris S. will contact Janice Seline about opening an account for the “Friends”.
3. Amy K. moved and Cheryl D. seconded to allow the “Friends” to be part of an Alliance submission to Council regarding the Official Plan amendment. Carried.
