The meeting commenced at 9:04 p.m.
The Hintonburg Community Centre requires us to make reservations now for September 2014-May2015. Thursday nights is our usual time but some members prefer Monday so Erwin will look into it.
Amy moved, seconded by Jason, to pay Erwin $72.45 and Elina $14.05 for promotional material and AGM expense respectively. Agreed.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
