City of Ottawa Official Plan - Volume 1 (consolidation of the Plan as adopted by Council in 2009 ("OPA76") and following conclusion of almost all appeals. (The only exception regards Country Lot Estates, which is under appeal before Divisional Court). Later Amendments are also included. PDF versions of each section are available from here; this makes searching easier but one can still not search across all of Volume 1 -- a nuisance given the many duplications in the OP.
