Annual General Meeting

Members present: Paul Johanis (chair), Erwin Dreessen, Nicole DesRoches, Jason Kania, Daniel Buckles, Iola Price
The meeting commenced at 7:10pm
- Establishment of quorum
Quorum was established. Moved Iola, seconded Jason. Carried.
- Minutes of the May 27, 2019 AGM
The draft minutes of the 2019 AGM were circulated for approval.
Moved Erwin, seconded Nicole. Carried.
- Annual Report 2019-2020
Paul distributed a draft of the Annual Report (May 2019 – April 2020) and presented highlights.
Jason moved approval, Nicole seconded, agreed.
- Financial Report and Other Reports
Paul distributed the financial report for April 2019 to March 2020 and provided some highlights.
Erwin moved approval, seconded by Daniel. Agreed.
- Election of Directors and Chair
Continuing Board members: Paul Johanis, Nicole DesRoches, Jason Kania, Juan Pedro Unger, Daniel Buckles
Erwin moved to elect Paul as Chair, seconded by Jason. All agreed.
- Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:15pm
