Board Meeting of 5 December 2010

The meeting commenced at 9 p.m.
Present: Amy Kempster (chair), Sol Shuster, Janice Seline, Cheryl Doran, Erwin Dreessen (note taker)
The Board agreed as follows:
Motion, moved by Sol, seconded by Cheryl:
- Confirming an earlier agreement by a majority of Board members, it is confirmed that Amy had been authorized to lead the FGA’s OMB appeal of OPA 76 regarding Species at Risk.
- The relief sought is as per the attached document.
- The Board will be asked to accept Erwin as the FGA lead for the final day of the hearing on December 6, 2010.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 pm.
