New Official Plan review
New updated content: 2025-12-08 09:29:26 We now know that the new Official Plan will be undergoing its first review starting this month and through 2026. This review will focus mostly on the land budget, not general OP policies. We can expect new population and household projections, updated housing projections by type and the determination of how much, if any, new greenfield land will be needed to accommodate projected housing demand.
