UPDATE: Just prior to the hearing date, all but one of the appellants reached a settlement with the City which the Tribunal accepted in its Decision of March 27, 2019 ; two policy changes are attached to the Decision.   On September 18, 2019, LPAT announced that the last remaining appellant (Glendon Moore) had withdrawn his appeal.

UPDATE, 29 July 2019: Instead of the scheduled hearing, on July 12 the OMB issued an oral Decision agreeing to a settlement. The OMB Decision was issued on July 29.

+ Urban expansion: August 12, 2019 (15 days) (PO)

UPDATE, 24 June, 2019: Counsel for Mattamy and Minto wrote to LPAT today, requesting that the hearing scheduled to start on August 12 be postponed sine die, at least until after January 31, 2020 when Council is expected to have decided whether more urban land is needed. The City, the Greenspace Alliance and Riverside South Development Corporation (the other Parties to this proceeding) had no objection to the request. (UPDATE to that: this decision is now scheduled for a Joint Planning & ARA Committee meeting on March 30, and will go to Council later.  ED 22Feb2020) The appeal remains suspended sine die.
