Anyone who has driven down Hunt Club Rd eastbound on the way to the airport will have seen the large plantation of red pine to the right. A big chunk of it , a little over 3 acres, is now under threat because Otto’s BMW wants to cut it down to make way for a parking lot and a storage yard for their car inventory. Talk about pave paradise and put up a parking lot.
The planning application is expected to be heard at Planning Committee on August 26, 2021. Here is our submission to staff and elected officials opposing cutting down these 3000+ trees.
