Participating Members:

The following motions were decided on:
1. Alicia moved and Janice seconded to agree to the request of the applicants for incorporation of “Greenspace Watch,” once Greenspace Watch has received its Letters of Patent, to
a) share use of the names “Greenspace Alliance of Canada’s Capital” and “Alliance pour les espaces verts dans la capitale du Canada” in fulfillment of its objects;
b) sell the domain name, web site and list service of the Greenspace Alliance for the fair market price of $1.00.
Carried.
2. Alicia moved and Janice seconded, once “Greenspace Watch” has received its Letters of Patent, to transfer to it:
a) any rights the Friends of the Greenspace Alliance have in follow-up to the Settlement in the appeal of a Permit To Take Water for Findlay Creek Village;
b) any rights the Friends of the Greenspace Alliance have as Participants or Parties in the appeals of the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan Amendment No. 76.
