Meeting Minutes

Inaugural meeting of Greenspace Watch which, by letter from Industry Canada dated June 29, 2011 received its Letters Patent dated May 2, 2011.
Participating: Amy Kempster, Sol Shuster, Erwin Dreessen, the “first Directors”.
Amy moved, seconded by Erwin, to appoint Alicia Reckzin and Jason Kania to the Board of Directors. Carried.
Erwin moved, seconded by Amy, to post a notice to the GA List, requesting concurrence with transfer of memberships from the “Friends of the Greenspace Alliance” to “Greenspace Watch”. Carried.
Sol moved, seconded by Amy, to open a bank account in the name of “Greenspace Watch”. Carried.
